At HIGOLD brand, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture and rugs. Attention to detail in design, materials, and construction is always at the forefront.

Order Process & Delivery

The processing & delivery time usually takes 7~15 days depending on the actual traffic that the carrier will experience. The carrier shall contact you to schedule your order delivery time before they come. Feel free to discuss and cooperate with the carrier to set up your preferred delivery time.  We encourage you to inspect the item upon receipt. If you have a concern or believe there is a quality issue, we will work with you to correct it, in accordance with the policy below.

Order Return Process

To return Basic Freight items, please contact our customer service when the original purchase was made within 30 days of delivery; returns will only be accepted if the return is completed within 30 days of delivery.

 

Our products have been verified to be well-packed and in good condition before shipment departure from the warehouse. Please provide some photos to describe what is the issue detailed with the products before this return request authorization. Otherwise, it is considered that they were damaged during transportation.

  • Photo of the packing box

  • Photo of barcode on the packing box

  • One or more photos that present the product's issue.

Please repack your item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and packing materials. If you assemble the item, please disassemble it before returning it.

We cannot accept returns of dilapidated items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Proof of purchase is required to issue an appropriate exchange, credit, or refund, as well as any taxes due to be refunded in accordance with applicable state law. Refunds will be issued in the Original Form of Tender. For your convenience, we will accept the following as proof of your purchase:

  • Original Paper Receipt

  • Gift Receipt

  • eReceipt

  • Original Packing Slip

  • Gift Packing Slip

  • Order Number

  • Gift Registry Number

We can also verify proof of purchase by looking up your original receipt using your Paypal account, the major credit card used at the time of purchase, or the email address used to receive an eReceipt.

 

Orders eligible for cancellation will be refunded in the Original Form of Tend.
